FuseologyTM is built to function as a stand-alone Total Workforce Optimization System, yet flexible and configurable enough to work in your current process. It combines modern technology and hands on services for complete talent pool management.


Depending upon the size of your organization and depth of your data related to talent sourcing, we offer two approaches to setting up talent communities. We set up talent communities that draw from our own talent sources and external sources. Additionally, we can customize talent pools that source from your own pool of talent. We start by looking at demand analysis of your recruiting activity over the past two years to determine types of talent needed, location, seasonality, and skill set.


Once demand is determined, the requisition process is set up and can be a Self Service model by logging into the cloud based Fuseology platform or through our Full Service model by simply contacting your Fuseology account manager. The Fuseology platform matches open requisitions with qualified candidates in a customer’s private talent community and/or broader public communities. These matches are based upon job title, job category, industry, skills, geographic locations, qualifications, and key attributes.


For Enterprise Customers or Midmarket companies with large “Known Candidate” communities of past contractors, retirees and silver medalists, we can implement a “redeployment” strategy which typically results in faster hires and lower costs.


Whether sitting on your premise or located off-site, Fuseology Account Managers will review a short list of viable candidates that are generated through our AI, matching algorithm program. Your dedicated Fuseology Account Managers facilitate the entire process (setting up interviews, offers, onboarding, and employee validation) so that the most viable candidates are presented. Finally, Account Managers provide total talent community curation, process administration and automation, analytics, and talent lifecycle management.

Candidates like to be informed and have choices. With Fuseology's talent communities, talent has more control than ever before in the hiring process. The talent pipeline can be actively engaged and encouraged to come back for future projects. Talent pool members are able to create a profile to highlight their skills, apply for positions, receive community information and project updates, and update their availibility to start work and compensation requirements. All of these features are critical in engaging talent and keeping them interested in your brand.
